Jordana “Jo”Swartz
Jo grew Up in Philly, where she plans to “Live and Die!” With a background in Social Work and Outdoor Leadership, Jo values Dynamism, Community, and Connection.
Traveling to Creative and Performing Arts High School in South Philly by Septa and later by bike, gave Jo a sense for the neighborhoods. Biking around Philly became her “Bread and Butter”. During lockdown Jo made deliveries by bike, bringing restaurant food to high rise apartments, townhouses, narrow un-drivable streets, and tiny tucked away homes. She developed an appreciation for Space and Place; as well as biking infrastructure. Philly is a city of neighborhoods, vitality and so much opportunity. Jo’s drive is to share this Place that she loves with others. After attending College in Asheville NC, she returned to Philly to work in non-profit youth services and later fundraising for the ACLU.
Now as a Real Estate agent she is excited to share her love of the city, places to get good bread, and to make lasting connections.
