Sandy was our realtor this summer when my husband and I purchased our first home. She took care of us from the first point of contact (months before we were even ready) to weeks after the sale. She answered all of our (many) questions through texts and emails at all hours. There was no question too small and she was extremely understanding and helpful as everything in this process was new to us. She works with a team of trustworthy people who helped us with everything from loan to title to contracting.

When we were out searching, she never once pressured or tried to talk us into anything we were hesitant about. She even graciously accepted both of our parents on open house tours with us (and answered all their questions as well.) I found that Sandy knew so much about all of the neighborhoods we looked in and gave us honest answers about all the homes we saw. Even if the honest answer would mean we wouldn’t make an offer on that house. We moved to Philly from out of state so we only had one day to look for homes initially. Sandy set the whole day aside and must have showed us over 15 homes all over the city and provided helpful information along the way.
